Clinical Psychologist in Supervised Practice

I am a Clinical Psychologist in Supervised Practice, registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), and I provide psychological assessment and intervention to children and adolescents. I am currently under the supervision of Dr. Heidi Kiefer.
It takes strength to show up for yourself by seeking support. I hope to provide a safe environment where your experiences are centered and we can freely explore the different sides of your authentic self.
I strive to foster a warm and supportive space for children and adolescents. By following their leads, we work collaboratively to uncover strengths, build meaningful relationships, explore challenges, and identify strategies to cope with difficulties – with the goal of supporting them to become the person they would like to be. My therapeutic work is grounded in a person-centered approach, with techniques drawn from cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and child-centered play-based therapy. I prioritize adapting different techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, and welcome feedback to better support and attune to the client’s preference and style.
In addition to my work at Prime Connections, I am a psychologist (in supervised practice) at Boomerang Health powered by SickKids, where I provide developmental and psychoeducational assessments as well as individual and group therapy for neurodiverse children. My clinical training has been gained through a pre-doctoral residency and advanced practicum at Surrey Place Centre in Toronto, as well as placements in various Montreal-based educational settings including the Lester B. Pearson School Board, Summit School of Montreal, and the McGill Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic. Prior to joining Prime Connections, I also worked as a psychometrist in the Child Development Program and Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.
